Build-Sight is designed to be cost effective for individual home builders and large companies. Our modular pricing allows you to only pay for the services you are going to use.

Basic System

Per active Jobsite: $50 per month + $150 initial setup fee. Complete jobsites (warranty period) $10 per month.

This includes:

Core online scheduling system. Available 24/7 via any standard web browser.
Unlimited user accounts. Including home buyers, superintendents and subcontractors.
Unlimited tasks within a jobsite schedule.
Unlimited punch items.
Unlimited warranty items.
Subcontractor automatic email notification system.
Free email and telephone support.
Includes Palm Ready Synchronization *

Optional Modules

The following options are available to extend the system and can be purchased at any time.

Managed Setup and Training

Build-Sight is offered with all the tools ready to go. However if you have a large organization or you want to ramp up quickly to using the system, we offer professional deployment, configuration and training. A typical deployment for 50 homes in progress would consist of:

Schedule Setup. This would include importing any existing schedule database information and re-linking tasks.
Contact Database Import. Home buyers, Subcontractors and Employees.
User setup. Setting up users and access to the system.
1-2 days training with your employees.
1 st 3 months of service monitoring. Our technicians will routinely check your data and ensure you are using the system effectively and if necessary will advise on ways to optimize your operations to get the most out of online scheduling.

Note - managed setup and training is dependent upon the number of jobsites that need to be imported into the system. Typically expect ½ day setup for less than 10 jobsites to 1-2 weeks for 50 or more jobsites. Contact us for a quote for your company.

Volume Jobsite Discount

For large volume home builders we offer enterprise licensing. Contact us for further discounts on higher volume developments.

Palm OS Integration

Build-Sight has been designed to work with any Palm Device. To Palm enable your jobsite there is a one time $50 setup fee for each device. Most hand held devices running Palm OS 4.0 or above will work with our system including Handspring, Palm and Palm Phone devices.

Subcontractor Fax Schedules

Build-Sight is integrated with an automatic fax distribution system, enabling you to send schedules and punch items directly to your subcontractors via fax as well as email. The fax scheduling service is available for a flat $20 per month.

Jobsite Camera Integration

Build-Sight has an optional wireless jobsite camera service starting at $109 per camera per month plus $350 installation (region dependent). We offer a range of camera types that cover single jobsites to whole streets. Contact us for more information on camera service availability in your area.

Accounting System Integration

Build-Sight by design does not manage the complex tasks of accounting. It is strictly a scheduling and task management tool. However, we do understand the needs for sharing information with your accounting systems and have developed integration tools and partnerships with leading account software providers.

Custom Branding

Build-Sight can be customized to seamlessly integrate with your website. Using your color scheme and company logos, Build-Sight will help maintain consistent branding and appearance for your customers. Our branding package is $500 and includes logo integration and custom color theme design based on your existing website/marketing materials.
